Getting Started!

I love knitting! Everything about it appeals to me; The rhythm of stitching, the noise the needles make, the feel of the yarn, the solitude and peace I get while I'm making something. But the thing I love the most about knitting is giving my creations away. Watching someone's face as they open their gift and know that this was made just for them.

My hope for this blog is to instill a new appreciation of knitting into people. You don't have to take up knitting, but I hope that after reading my blog you will be able to look at a hand crafted item and know that it was made with love!
