Trivets

I don't like placemats. I've tried them out and they come up lacking; they slide around on our table, there isn't enough room for the glass, a dinner plate AND silverware, and I think they make the table look cluttered. Although I don't like the placemat, I do want something to put under hot plates or cold items with condensation on them to protect our table. Here is my solution, my very own original thought, a bowl trivet and a mug trivet. I have been using them for months now and love them! I just need to make 3 more sets so when we have dinner guests over they also get to use these very handy knitted items.
